• The Accompanying Person registration includes the welcome reception, visit to the Palace of the Dukes of Bragança and the Guimarães Castle, and the conference dinner.
• Members with up-to-date membership dues from one of the following associations: SPE, ABE (Brazilian Association of Statistics), and CLAD (Portuguese Association of Classification and Data Analysis), must provide proof of membership along with their bank transfer receipt.
• Students enrolled in undergraduate, master's, or PhD programs must provide proof of student status along with their bank transfer receipt.

Cancellation Policy
Only written cancellations sent by email to: spe2023inscricoes(at)gmail.com will be accepted.
Participants will be refunded according to the following policy:
       • before September 30, 2023: 50% refund.
       • after September 30, 2023: no refund will be issued.
