Porto airport
(recommended): there is a regular coach service between Porto airport and the Braga coach station.
The journey takes 50 min. and has no stops.

By train:
There are frequent connections to Porto (urban trains - see schedule
here).
From Lisbon and other main
Portuguese cities there are also a few direct trains
("alfa pendular"),
and many other trains to Porto
Campanhã, where you can get a connection to Braga. See

- By plane:.
The closest airport is in Porto.
There is a metro station ("Aeroporto") with direct connections to
Campanhã (check here for more information). In
Campanhã follow the signs to the railway station and get the train to
Braga. Otherwise, if you arrive at
Lisbon
airport, take a train to Braga at Oriente or Santa Apolónia
stations.

There are many carriers with direct connections to Braga from many Portuguese and some Spanish cities. See

In Portugal there are a number of toll motorways where payment is through an electronic toll system
only.
Cars with a non-Portuguese plate number must purchase a ticket prior to
entering any of these motorways. It is possible to purchase the ticket
at certain locations on the Spanish-Portuguese border (the "Easy toll
card") or on-line before traveling (the "toll card"). To find out more
