Scope:
This is the second edition of the ANAP Meeting, although open to anyone interested, aims to gather the members of the Analysis and Applications group of the Centro de Matemática of the Universidade do Minho.
The purpose of this meeting is to enhance more collaborations between ANAP members who specialise in different topics coming from a wide variety of topics in fundamental and applied analysis, including Dynamical Systems, Differential Equations, History of Mathematics, Hypercomplex Analysis, Kinetic Theory, Modelling, Numerical Analysis, Orthogonal Polynomials, Robotics, and Scientific Computing. This focus comes as a follow-up to the previous ANAP meeting since it has been identified as an important subject to work on.
To achieve this goal, the meeting includes three different but related moments. It starts with two talks presented by invited speakers who develop their research in subjects that are somehow in accordance to some of the ANAP's interests. Then there will be a debate to discuss possible ways to promote more collaborations within the group. The meeting ends with short sessions in which members of ANAP present their collaborative work: either as an ongoing work or an already established collaboration.

Organizers:
