Oral or Poster submission
- Abstracts can have a maximum of 2 pages, including references.
- Contributions must be developed with the Abstract Latex Template.(pdf file example).
- All abstracts must be submitted at wcdanm2026@cmat.uminho.pt with the subject WCDANM2026_Oral or WCDANM2026_Poster..
- Only accepted contributions with at least one registered author (with valid payment) until May 30, 2026 will be included in the Book of Abstracts.
- The acceptance of a contribution by the Scientific Committee and its inclusion in the Book of Abstracts obliges at least one author to attend the WCDANM | 2026 and present it.
- Each participant is allowed to present one oral communication plus one poster maximum
Oral session submission
- The organizer of an Oral Session have to fill out the Organizer Application Form with all the requested information and sent it by email to
wcdanm2026@cmat.uminho.pt until May 10, 2026, with the subject WCDANM_Session.
- The organizer of an Oral Session has a 50% discount on the registration fee.
- Each Oral Session should have one organizer maximum.
- Each Oral Session must have a minimum of 3 speakers (organizer included). Each participant in the session has a maximum of 20 minutes available, where 15 are for
presenting the work and 5 for discussion.
