Schwarzschild-AdS within Quantum Field Theory on Curved Spacetimes
Presenting author: Lissa Campos
For a real massive non-minimally coupled scalar field on the static not globally hyperbolic Schwarzschild-AdS spacetime, we constructed, within a semi- classical analysis, a two-point function for the Klein-Gordon equation that respects all symmetries of the fixed background, satisfies the canonical commutation relations, is of local Hadamard form and satisfies the KMS condition. Now, we are studying how we can detect the thermal character using Unruh-DeWitt detectors traveling in Schwarzschild-AdS.
